Amandine ranunculus corms are the gold standard for Cut Flower Ranunculus. Ranunculus do best in cooler spring. Amandine has higher heat tolerance than LaBelle Ranunculus for a longer flowering season. Blooms are on long stems. A lovely addition to spring bouquets. Ranunculus are exceptional cut flowers and look lovely in the landscape. Plant in a bright spot in well draining soil in Fall or early Spring or Winter Hardy zone 8-10.
When to Plant?
We are in zone 7 at HHF we plant in Fall and very early spring to maximize our bloom season March-June
Fall Planting: We pre-sprout and plant corms outside October-November and protect with frost cloth through the winter.
Spring Planting: We start corms inside January - February and transplant as soon as the ground thaws.
