Orders for each product are shipped in the order that they are received in their recommended planting season that they will be planted in.
Example: Spring Planting Ranunculus will ship in the spring.
Our products are meant to be grown United States only. Our shipping schedule is based in zone 7. If planting in another zone please consult local resources for planting instructions.
Please contact us if you have a specific shipping request. We will try to accommodate.
We currently only offer shipping in the United States of America.
If your product fails to arrive or is damaged in shipping contact UPS with your tracking information and a claim for lost or damaged material. We will do our best to get you a replacement order for an additional cost for any in stock product.
If you believe the products you received were mislabeled please contact us with pictures and details of your order and the bloom and we will consider on a case by case basis partial refund or credit.
We are a small company and hope that all of our customers experience the joy we do in the garden.
That said, we can make no guarantees or allowances for circumstances of Nature. Inclement weather, timing, and human error can all effect results. What we promise is we are diligent about sourcing the best products possible. We are planting and growing everything that we sell.
We cannot offer any guarantee, refund or return of plant products or flowers that fail to grow.
